Obama’s Deafening Silence

The Israeli children hostage crisis continues and most of my focus has been on the weak response of Israel’s political leadership in confronting the two headed Hamas-Fatah monster, commonly known as the Palestinian Authority (PA). While Prime Minister Netanyahu continues to tip-toe around Abbas and his Fatah terrorists, careful not to harm one hair on their heads, it’s certainly not unreasonable to ask him for a public explanation of why he isn’t taking a stronger approach.

After his very public threats to “hold Abbas and Fatah responsible” for the unity government with Hamas and any ensuing terrorism that emerges, what is Bibi now afraid of? Could it be that he’s concerned about what the world will say, or more accurately and specifically, what President Obama will do?

And while on that topic, where is Obama? Since the three Israeli boys were kidnapped, the American president has been mysteriously silent. Yes, I know that he has his problems in Iraq, where he is now oddly supporting Iran-backed Shiite Muslims who are fighting against Al Qaeda-backed Sunni Muslims, as if either side deserves anyone’s support. Nonetheless, President Obama is still ostensibly the leader of the free world (even if his career is a product of collusion between Islamic ideologues and secular Communists – he is still the President of the United States).

Historically, American presidents have been known to speak out on behalf of freedom. Therefore, wouldn’t it be correct for Israel to expect a few strong words of moral support and perhaps even an American demand that the Hamas-Fatah PA immediately free the three teenagers?

The obvious problem is that Obama, Kerry, and yes Hillary Clinton, as well, are so heavily invested in the Hamas-Fatah PA and are so anti-Jewish “settler” that they have lost any semblance of humanity. To them, any Jew who lives in his ancestral homeland and dares to set foot in the biblical heartland of Judea or Samaria is an “obstacle to “peace”, and therefore, somehow deserves to be attacked, or in this case, kidnapped. The sad reality is that Barack Hussein Obama and his cronies are no friends of Israel, and never have been, but we are talking here about the kidnapping of Israeli children, and the inhumane silence from the White House has been heard in Israel – loud and clear.

In any event, we can only rely on the Almighty, and He will stand with us if we act strongly in the spirit of Joshua and King David to obliterate our enemies – and the Hamas-Fatah Palestinian Authority is indeed a bitter enemy. Sadly, much of the world will continue to condemn us, but we will continue to grow, to build, and to defend our nation.

As Israel’s first Prime Minister David Ben-Gurion once said, “What matters is not what the goyim (the nations) say, but what the Jews do.”
