The Obama administration is calling out on its allies around the world to join in the fight on combating ISIS. With calls to take out the radical Islamist army causing mayhem in the Middle East, US President Barack Obama has revealed his strategy to take on the jihadists in Iraq and Syria.

While many critics have said that Obama’s strategy is too little, too late, ISIS has declared itself a caliphate, fulfilling a centuries old dream for many Muslims. What does a caliphate mean for the Muslim and non-Muslim world?
