A 19-year-old Israeli male was injured by a suspected terror stabbing attack Monday morning near the Mishor Adumim Junction, located near Ma’ale Adumim.

Witnesses reported a Palestinian attacker running them as they waited near a hitchhiking post in Judea and Samaria.

The attacker stabbed the young man in the back and immediately fled from the area.

According to reports on Israel Radio, the attacker got into a Palestinian taxi following the attack and drove east towards Jericho.

The victim was treated en route to Jerusalem by Magen David Adom paramedics and was evacuated to Shaare Zedek Medical Center in Jerusalem.

Police and army forces are combing the nearby area for the attacker, Israel Police spokesman Micky Rosenfeld confirmed.
