Two Israelis were killed and at least three Israelis were injured in a stabbing attack in the Old City of Jerusalem, near the Lion’s Gate.
A family, a 22-year old woman, and a 40-year old man were attacked on their way to pray at the Kotel on Saturday night. The terrorist was identified as 19-year-old Mohannad Shafik Halabi from Al-Bireh near Ramallah in Samaria. The Islamic Jihad group has taken credit for the killing.
On Thursday, a young couple was shot to death in their car near the town of Itamar. Their four children in the car with them were unharmed. A branch of Fatah, which is headed by Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, claimed credit for the murders.
