This week, some 950 Christian financial professionals will be gathering in Florida for a unique conference to discuss the investment wisdom contained in the Bible. Kingdom Advisors, a nonprofit organization, is hosting the annual conference, which offers participants the opportunity “to connect with like-minded peers, receive world-class training and equipping, earn extensive continuing education credit, and be equipped for next steps in your faith/work integration journey.”

Among the notable speakers scheduled to appear this year is Rabbi Daniel Lapin, president of the American Alliance of Jews and Christians. “They are financial professionals who integrate their Biblical beliefs with their professional practices,” Lapin told Breaking Israel News, adding, “What could be more consistent with the Jewish approach?  Judaism teaches that the very first question we are destined to be asked from the Throne of Judgement is, ‘Did you conduct your business affairs with integrity?’  I feel privileged to be helping Kingdom Advisors conference attendees align their careers with their callings.”

Kingdom Advisors CEO Tony Stinson agrees. Lapin was offered a prime spot on the speaker’s roster “because many investment principles are found in the Hebrew scriptures, and who better than a Jewish rabbi to share what the Hebrew scriptures say about money, giving and generosity?” Stinson shared in a phone interview with Breaking Israel News.

Kingdom Advisors was established in 2003 by Ron Blue and current CEO Stinson. The organization “provides advocacy, training, and community”, as well as granting Qualified Kingdom Advisor™ designation, a status bestowed upon 700 trainees to date. It is the largest group of Christian financial advisors, with 2,300 members, and has grown 60 percent over the past three years.

This year’s Lean In: Changing the Conversation conference boasts an outstanding speaker line-up and over 40 ministry and corporate exhibitors; 19 break-out sessions; and a conference app to help participants maximize their experience. The conference serves as a rallying point for Christians in the financial services industry, bringing members together, encouraging them and allowing them to network with each other.

Stinson, who came from a 15-year career in senior management in corporate America before serving in the senior leadership of a variety of Christian nonprofit organizations over the past 20 years, shared with Breaking Israel News what makes Kingdom Advisors unique.

“Kingdom Advisors believes the Bible is the source of Biblical proofs related to every area of life, and certainly related to finance, and these principles work. They are timeless, in every country and every economy.

“The basis of our financial advice is Biblical, it’s always right, and always relevant, in every economy.”
