Israel’s Inspiring Ethiopian Population

“Though he goeth on his way weeping that beareth the measure of seed, he shall come home with joy, bearing his sheaves.” Psalms 126:6 (The Israel Bible™)

In 1991, Israeli forces carried out “Operation Solomon”, a mission to bring to Israel as many Ethiopian Jews as possible. Today, they make up less than 3% of Israel’s Jewish population. Despite their small number, Israeli Ethiopians are proud, religious contributors to Israeli society.
