On Friday morning, a pipe bomb was thrown at a car near Otniel south of Hebron. The bomb, thrown by a masked Arab, exploded as the car drove past. The car was damaged and shrapnel flew into the engine but the woman driving was able to continue until she was in a safe area. The terrorist is still at large.
