At least 9,000 have been diagnosed with the coronavirus, and 429 have died. Unofficial estimates suggest a figure of 1 million who have been affected by it. And yet, Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has called the virus “a blessing.”
The public has understood that for decades, they have been offered only one basic story: the progressive worldview that bears no relation to their own lives and aspirations, but which has become the default position of the entire political establishment across the now obsolete left-right divide.
Israel is the only country in the Middle East where Christians are safe. Yet some churches dump on the Jewish state, not only assisting the mortal threat it faces from Palestinian Muslims, but ignoring the threat those people pose to the church itself.
The only way to end what is essentially an Arab war of extermination against Israel is to call out the Palestinians on their fundamental lies and to treat them not as statesmen-in-waiting, but as international pariahs.
